Henriette offers a journey towards a reminiscence, a vague or incomplete memory, difficult to trace... one that slips away. In this exhibition, the Villa Henry is personified and becomes a real feminine entity, while the artists' artworks emerge as a resurgence of her memories.
A recall of the past in the present interpretation, which crosses generations. An experience of the body, which tends to awaken the senses, in a quest towards a collective memory.
The artists' artworks are accompanied by a selection of archives from the Villa Henry (Courtesy Collection Henry).
